Last week saw our new team at KEDCo celebrate one-year leading economic development in Kosciusko County and provided a case study of the power of our new business model to convene, build, and show our community’s economic growth resources.
To recap, we brought together more than thirty business and community leaders for the first-ever Small Cities, Big Futures Summit, three of our team members attended the Forbes AgTech Summit in Indianapolis, and we hosted representatives of three companies interested in learning more about business opportunities in our community.
This week is no let-up. On Tuesday, we will host our monthly Entrepreneur Collab (3pm at The Vic at One Ten Craft Meatery in Warsaw… details HERE) and join leaders of ConfigureTek for an open house to welcome them to our community (4pm also at The Vic… RSVP HERE). Please join us for these important opportunities to build our entrepreneurial community and share our Hoosier Hospitality with one of the newest businesses in the Warsaw area!
Economic development is a team effort and we are so appreciative of everyone who contributes to our work at KEDCo. From our team members, to our board members, to business and community leaders, everyone has a role to play. In only one year, we have built a solid foundation to make it possible to accomplish all that we did last week and to keep the momentum building.
