“Break a window, don’t burn the house down.” – Stuart Sternberg
As we prepare for the KEDCO annual meeting next week, our team is updating our operational metrics for 2020 and gaining an appreciation for the progress we are making since our relaunch.
We have learned a lot along the way (perhaps even breaking a few windows!) and being able to continue to build momentum this year is a reflection on the hard work and determination of our entire team, our board of directors, and our community stakeholders.
As you might expect, we are already looking ahead, for example with an upcoming event to continue our work with the City of Warsaw and the Town of Winona Lake to support redevelopment of the Argonne Road corridor. Details are below.
On a personal note, it is gratifying to see all the initiatives we have launched over the last two-years gain traction and to see our team transition toward scaling and sustaining these efforts that will position Kosciusko County as a leading Midwest community!
