WARSAW, Ind. (November 21, 2023) – The Kosciusko Economic Development Corporation (KEDCO) held a ribbon cutting and open house yesterday at the KEDCO Downtown Business Studio located at 207 S Buffalo Street in Warsaw.
The Downtown Business Studio includes three unique operating spaces. The Market, located on the first floor, is a pop-up retail space featuring local vendors. Located on the second floor is The Workspace, a membership-based coworking space ideal for entrepreneurs, remote workers, or road warriors seeking a K-County office location. And the KEDCO offices are located on the third floor.
“The KEDCO Downtown Business Studio provides entrepreneurs a front-door space, and support and connection to resources as they launch and grow their businesses,” said KEDCO CEO Alan Tio.
The Market held a soft opening last week on November 15. Vendor space will rotate periodically to showcase different goods and highlight a variety of local businesses. Current vendors include:
- AM Roasting – Micro-roasted specialty bagged coffee
- Creighton’s Crazy Egg – Café area offering coffee by the cup, fresh baked goods and merchandise
- Desert Jungle – Live plants and plant accessories
- Glamour Grace Space – Handmade jewelry
- Harbor House Clothing – Boutique-style clothing and accessories
