Since starting the practice in 2010, AlignLife Chiropractic & Natural Health Center has experienced continuous growth and success in Warsaw. The practice started in a 1,200 SF space, and within a few short years they made their first move to an adjacent building in 2014, doubling their square footage and adding two new doctors.
“Our new building provides the space to welcome a fourth doctor to our practice in Fall 2023. We’ve added a massage therapist, and a nurse practitioner who specializes in functional medicine. Both of these services are an extension of the benefits of chiropractic care. We know a healthy spine is where overall good health begins. We are very excited about the benefits that these two services will bring to that,” said Dr. Kevin Day, AlignLife Owner and Chiropractor.
As the practice continued to flourish, the company once again needed a larger space to best serve the community. Last year, they snagged a great space in downtown Warsaw located at 311 S. Buffalo Street, knowing it would need a little “TLC.”
Prior to the renovation process, Dr. Day contacted KEDCO and we were able to connect him to the façade enhancement grant program through Main Street Warsaw. The façade grant program, funded by the City of Warsaw, helped AlignLife with exterior renovations such as: new signage, exterior paint, and lighting. All of these improvements gave the building the fresh look AlignLife was seeking as the business celebrates a new phase of serving Warsaw and surrounding communities.
The building itself was structurally sound, but the interior also needed a facelift. “Although it was still in great condition, it was time for the paneling and shag carpet to go,” said Dr. Day.
The company ended up invested roughly $750,000 in purchasing and renovating the building. The newly renovated space certainly has more of a glow inside and out, and has helped beautify downtown Warsaw.
The current location will serve as a chiropractic and natural health center for five chiropractors, massage therapists, and a nurse practitioner. The building also had room for shared space, which offered a new home to Brent Mock of Edward Jones, who is leasing a portion of the space.
“We are so thankful this community understands the proactive wellness care we provide, and we look forward to continuing to serve this community for years to come,” said Dr. Day.
