As mentioned during a County Council meeting last week, our pipeline includes a dozen projects that may create more than 400 new jobs, generate more than $20 million in new payroll, and bring an excess of $120 million in new capital investment to our community.
In our discussions with business leaders, we learn about their plans, listen for likely needs or potential obstacles, and look for toolbox solutions to help these business builders move forward, or as I like to say, “do more faster.” Each client is different and every opportunity is unique, which means we are mindful to propose the right resources at the right time.
We’re investing time this week at the International Economic Development Council’s annual conference in Indianapolis to learn about economic growth resources that we may be able to bring home to Kosciusko County.
